[Fiware-wpa] TASK FORCE regarding the FI-WARE catalogue before next project review

As nobody seem to outline what has changed in these "updated guidelines", here is my shot:

"Main changes" in this updated version:


1.       How to apply the right "Terms and Condition" statements - there are new guidelines (at least to me they are new) which seem to date back to November 2011 - linked on as doc-file https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/2540/FI-WARE+Use+Terms+and+Conditions+12-11-20.docx

2.       suggested text for how open specifications are linked-back from the catalogue

3.       updated format for providing instance information and service endpoints

are there other major changes to the guidelines that somebody sees?

  For those who have not been able to attend the call this morning:

  Miguel has an AP (deadline today evening) to send a description of what is going to be the new approval/revision process for entries in the FI-WARE Catalogue.   I have asked him to come with a proposal that tries to avoid remaining a bottle-neck.   This may come at the price of allowing some entries to be published with some errors in it, but we hope we'll be able to detect and fix them.

  In the meantime, please submit all your proposed changes on existing entries or new entries in the FI-WARE Catalogue.
