[Fiware-wpa] Part B of form to be delivered to the EC elaborating on FI-WARE achievements available for comments

  During our confcall, we reached the agreement of placing there (in the form) only information about FI-WARE GEis that would match to a published entry in the FI-WARE Catalogue.   That way, the link to tabs in entries that we make will work.

  If you manage to publish entries in the FI-WARE Catalogue corresponding to new GEis that will be delivered in 2.3, then you could provide info about those GEis in the form.   We will send the form by the end of this week, so it really depends on whether you manage to publish information about those GEis in the FI-WARE Catalogue during this week.

  We will inform the EC that we will send them an updated version of the form by end of July, which should incorporate info about all FI-WARE GEis that will be delivered in Release 2, which will have an entry in the FI-WARE Catalogue by that date.
