[Fiware-wpa] IMPORTANT: NEW template for presentations by chapters

Hi all,

I have carefully analyzed the several constructive comments received in the last hours and I have compiled a new version of the template to be used for the presentations of chapters during the review.

The major reasons for the changes:

  * I have tried to keep as much as possible alignment with the initial template, thus avoiding that those who had already worked following that template have to repeat work.
  * I believe that Thorsten, Markus and Alex raised a good point when they suggested to avoid finishing the presentation with a slide elaborating on lows. However, I agree with Alex that this doesn't mean we shouldn't tackle how we had faced some problems and solve them.
  * The way I saw this could be solved was to shift the "Lows/countermeasurements" into a slide right after "Main achievements" I have titled "Challenges and Actions" (which sounds like a bit more positive). Since "Highs" would be rather similar to "Main achievements", we could then drop the final slide on "Analysis/Conclusions".
  * SAP had added a slide that is titled: "FI-WARE Apps and Services Business Flow: Joined value creation among the Future Internet players". I believe it's fine to start with a slide that elaborates on the Value proposition, so I have added this initial slide but I suggest that it is titled the same way: "Value proposition: <value proposition>". In the case of the Apps chapter, it might be: "Value proposition: Joined value creation among Future Internet players".
  * I believe that adding a slide titled "Towards Adoption by Phase 2 UC Projects" as suggested by SAP is also nice and should be easy to create (just a zoom on the relevant rows linked to the chapter within the cockpit spreadsheets that already exists)
  * Adding a slide elaborating on licenses and planning as suggested by SAP is also nice, but we are dealing, as you know, with a task force on the matter that should end on Monday EOB which should help to produce a slide similar to the one proposed by SAP but creating it would be much simpler because it would be just a matter of capturing what we are developing as new version of the cockpit for planned usage and availability of GEis. Indeed, the idea would be to navigate to the new spreadsheet we have generated during the review meeting.
  * Finally, an agenda slide doesn't apply.

I have uploaded the new version of the template at:
https://forge.fi-ware.eu/docman/view.php/27/2541/FI-WARE+M24+Official+Review+WP+report+template+v2.pptx

Note that we this new template we end providing positive messages, so it should be fine.

Please stick to this template. We have to stop changing the definition of the template.

Please note that the number of slides are absolutely MAXIMUM. Going beyond 11 slides for a 25 min slot is simply unrealistic.

  Cheers,

-- Juanjo
