[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-wpl] Current draft of periodic report

I went quickly through the periodic report, especially regarding checkpoints.

My only comment is that checkpoint 5 points out the integration with FIRE infrastructures (Testbed in operation, feedback from UC projects on using the Testbed, and potential integration with FIRE infrastructures) but there is no reference to it at all in the text. Current description only includes the relationship with Use Case projects.
