[Fiware-wpa] Backlog - complete review available

The review scheme follows the same pattern as the previous reviews for the wiki.
There's a front page with a summary of the issues with metrics, and then pages with details for each criteria group.
Within the reviews you'll find embedded links to the tracker and wiki items for easy access.

If you find any mistake or suggestion easing access to the items, please, let me know; it will help me improve the process and its output.

I would appreciate you take action for fixing the many issues found.
Additional reviews can be provided now easily, it can be done weekly/monthly or if needed on demand as well.

Well, if needed I've available for clarifications, either on email, or the phone, as you wish.
