[Fiware-wpa] SOTA (definite version for a final check)

Dear all,

I enclose the word  and pdf versions of the SOTA document once put together in the final shape. I will send it to the EC tomorrow a bit later than 12 am. You have time until then to let me know if there are any obvious problems with this (I assume that no one will perform a deep review at this stage). Small things could be fixed on the fly but I will not block the delivery on the grounds of comments unless something is really really critical.

@Pier: I took the liberty of rearranging references in a table, I hope that you do not mind
@All: it seems that very few used the spell checker before delivering ... it should be a habit and it shoud be done by default in all contributions to all deliverables
@All: I realise now that the citation style is reasonable close between chapters but not exactly the same. We will fix it next time.

The last steps were not intelectually challenging but it was necessary. Now it looks much better. Thanks for the cooperation.
