Dear all, I was checking with Juanjo your question about what we are expecting to deliver with the software and when. Fortunately for all of us, his answer is 100% aligned with what it was said yesterday 1) The roadmap leaves clear what we will have for April (those with something in R2.2 or R2.1) and what will be left for June (R2.3). The vast majority of the GEs should be delivered in April. After a quick scan through the roadmap I see IoT as the only chapter who leaves most of their GEs for R2.3. The rest of the chapters are complying with the general rule of delivering most of the GEs in April. 2) Delivering software without info makes no sense. Delivering is delivering the whole lot, as usual. * We expect the usual pack in April (for those GEs who deliver in April). This means: * Software * Install and admin manual * User and Programmers manual * Unit test plan and report * In June we will deliver everything. * Those GEs with no change (no backlog items in R2.3) could be be delivered unchanged integrated in the final deliverables. Exceptions: * The GE owner may decide to change something for whatever reason. * The requests from the Use Cases may introduce changes * Those GEs delivered in April but with backlog items in R2.3 will possibly need updating * The new deliverables (those who deliver in R2.3 only) will provide all the sw + the aforementioned documentation pack To avoid confusions I attach an excel spreadsheet with my view of R2. I am using your backlog to reflect what is delivered when so this shouldn't be particularly surprising. AP: all WPA/WPL please confirm in private that this excel file reflects correctly what goes for April and what goes for July. This is a formal commitment to deliver. Also, check that the list is correct and there are no GEs missing or extra GEs. As this is not so urgent, an answer by the end of the week (Fri, 15) should be ok.
