[Fiware-wpa] Thing to consider from today's call

A number of things to take into account:

  *   Third party innovation is still awaiting your inputs (this goes in detail in a separate email today)
  *   IoT and Security backlogs are in a bad shape
  *   The links for the delivery of R3 have to be created by the WPL, not the partners. I see that WP4, WP5, WP8 and (possibly) WP13 look bad. Are any partners editing the manuals in this WPs?
