[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-wpl] FI-WARE: Periodic Report M30 (D.1.2.5) - Second iteration

Dear Javier,
     thank you for your indication in the case of missing contribution 
for the activities of the partner.

In case of missing justification for over/underspending the reported 
sentence will be "no justification provided".
