[Fiware-wpa] Sprint transition from S3.1.3-M29 to S3.2.1-M30

Let me remind you of the release and sprint transition. We move from S3.1.3-M29 to S3.2.1-M30, it means we also close Release 3.1 today.

This task shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, we're doing something wrong.

I'll take a backlog snapshot today at 18:00 CET, please, do your updates before that time.

Let me remind you that S3.2.1-M30 sprint planning last until Friday 4th October, when I'll take another snapshot for the planning meeting I'll be holding with your WP Leader.
