[Fiware-wpa] Status of R3.3

Dear all,

Today we need to see the status of R3.3 that should have been delivered by now (deadline: last friday). Please assess the status and be ready to update us later today in the WPL/WPA call - we cannot hear the usual  "I'll check today EOB"

This time things are critical: there are partners leaving at the end of the month and taking into account the number of issues we need to dispatch per day, the actual availability for reviews is limited. In summary, we cannot take significant delays, particularly in the partners who are leaving, the margins are already tight.
