[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-wpl] Phase 1 in Cleaning up the FIWARE Catalogue

coordinator) are archived in the Catalogue and hidden in the eLearning 
platform:
- marked "No" by both WPL and Coord
- one "Yes" and one "No" (as a preventive measure)
- "No" by WPL and without opinion by Coord
