Hi Manuel,

having seen your mail below:

I would like to ask you strongly to not remove any SAP artifacts GE from FI-LAB at this moment since you know that we objected to any removal decisions taken so far from either

(1)    FI-LAB or

(2)    FI-WARE Catalog.

This matter is not decided and agreed at this moment from our perspective because especially the selection/decision process is currently under review how removal decisions for SAP artifacts had been done and by whom. This is not clarified currently.
Please keep in mind that the coordinator in this case cannot decide on his own (and has not claimed this) but we need to communicate to the respective WPLs for WP3, WP5, WP8 who are mostly not reachable or cannot be reached at this point in time (e.g. vacation).

At this moment in time, we are still in the process of communicating with Juanjo about this matter but can only continue so after end of this week. I will keep you posted upon any progress.

Please, find below the FILAB-deployment monitoring report, which has been aligned with catalogue directives.

The Key field in the report is FI-CORE Supported, whose value has been taken from the Catalogue Spreadsheet ('To Keep' columns).
If FI-CORE supported holds NO, artefacts have to be removed from FILAB. The artefacts are in red colour.
If FI-CORE supported hold YES, artefacts have to be provided to FILAB - 'Missing items' in red colour is provided.
If FI-CORE supported hold UNKNOWN, information found is provided with no assessment. It's important to resolve this uncertainty AS SOON AS POSSIBLE since it prevent due right action.

I hope you find it sound enough to take quick action both to provide due right artefacts, and/or to remove them from FILAB.
Please, before taking any other action, check your FI-CORE supported field follows Catalogue 'To Keep' right.
