[Fiware-wpa] [Fiware-ge-owners] Backlog Content: Pattern for Packaging WorkItems

Dear GEI owners,

I've just talked to Fermin (Orion GEI's leader and workmate), who has kindly shared how they deal with packaging at their GEI.  Packaging makes sense as a previous and necessary step to delivering the software.
Consequently, I've added it as an action for Software.

I wonder whether any of these, let's say, alternatives:
               a) action within software
b) main subject by itself
makes sense for others GEI as well.

Since we're on sprint time period, and there are requests from Reviewers for us to do software packaging, I've created a basic pattern, which you can find below linked, for this purpose.
