[Fiware-wpa] Pending info from monday's call

Dear all,

I manage to get hold of Juanjo from Brazil for 3 minutes. Basically, I asked two things:

  *   Usage scenarios for the architecture: as we did not initially addressed this, we need to continue working on the Architecture as we are doing. Later we will see if we need to add something or we drop it. So this is intentionally postponed
  *   Open  Specs. Will we deliver the "early" GEs first of will we just put together all the info and  send it just once at the end? The answer is just once on M36.
