Hi,

Regarding MashMe, sadly, I would avoid it unless strictly necessary. I was in charge of organizing the last round of webinars and we experienced some problems:
* Delay between audio and slides.
* Bad user experience when trying to access the webinars (specific browser, specific Java version, not working well on linux...)
* After some time of usage, the platform automatically finished the sessions (the Cosmos webinar was cut at the end, I was almost finished, but people left the session).

That's my feedback. If MashMe is finally used, I would suggest scheduling some previous testing sessions in order to get used with the platform.
