Dear all,

Please be ready to provide an orderly update of the 3 manuals + sw in this call.

After all the calls, meetings and answering the e-mails, there is very little spare time everyday, we need to use time cleverly. We are not going to waster time endlessly reviewing things that do not have the will to improve. Or at least, we will down-prioritise those who intend to play this game. We are therefore applying these rules:

  *   If a WPL does not provide clear reports, we will simply jump to another WP - we prioritise those who provide clear statuses
  *   If we go to one of the GE and see that the guidelines are clearly ignored in one of the GEs signalled as "ok" and allegedly reviewed by the WPL, we stop reviewing the WP at this point and go to a different WP

We need statuses from: WP5, WP7, WP8
We do not need statuses from: WP3, WP4, WP6, WP13
