Dear Thorsten,

This answer applies for all the reviews pending on Juanjo.

We have "booked time in our calendars" many times to no avail. For instance, when Miguel hardly took 2 days of Christmas holidays to do the R3 reviews (no one delivered until mid January).

The contribution to the Architecture came rather late in many cases, not allowing any planning on our side.  All the Open Specs contributions are extremely late (the 1st one came today, 4 weeks late). In this context of general lack of commitment with the deadlines, any planning effort seems futile. Now Juanjo will apply the priority he can. This week he was in Hannover if I am right and the next one he's in Seville at least for one or two days, don't ask me exactly when.  You have his phone number and his email address if you cannot wait until the coordination call.

As you can imagine, delivering asap is in our best interest.

Do I really have to explain that it might make sense that TID indicates until when to finalize the review in order for partners to book some time in their calendars to quickly work on the reviewed document and towards a defined point in time until when it will be finally submitted to the EC?

If yes, then this is the reason why I would kindly ask for such a planning: in order for our WP3 partners to anticipate the work ahead and plan accordingly for a given delivery date (in the future) to the EC.
If you think this does not make sense, I anyway would like to encourage you to do it, despite that you personally think it is not needed.

You mean planning the delay? - Sorry, it doesn't make sense to me! To me - we're in ASAP mode.
Ready in apps chapter meant as clarified before, matching the step in the process planned for 07.Feb.

thanks for clarifying - would you kindly update the time plan, in order to know until when we are currently planning to update the public wiki and delivery to the EC?

I interpreted the green "ready" with the date 17/Feb which might be as this is as well already passed - sorry for that.

        - WPL to generate word doc for review

    27/Jan/2014 - .docx first version of chapter ready

    03/Feb/2014 - Comments on first draft (.docx with traced changes)

    07/Feb/2014 - .docx second version of chapters ready for the review of the coordinator

    From 7 to 17, interactions with the coordinator to refine the docs.

    17/Feb/2014 - Final .docx version ready for delivery + delivery to the EC
    24/Feb/2014 - Public wiki updated 100% with new architecture & Open Specs contents

I understand we would be approaching step: 07/February -> ready for the review of the coordinator
