[Fiware-wpa] Backlog: Effort - please, check your team

Dear Partners,

I've been prepared a report on the backlog's effort as announced in previous months.
It's been done by crossing effort reported with backlog items addressed.

Although I tried my best in getting each entity's team, I have doubts on it being completely right. So please, check your entity team is formed properly, with no errors. It's pretty important. Therefore, I'd appreciate you go to your entity's tab and send me an email confirming it's alright. No feedback will be understood as being correct.

This report is quite basic now. I'll be adding some graphs to easy quick understanding next weeks. Additionally I'll be adding views at chapter level and project levels.
