[Fiware-wpa] [COMM] Request for speaker for an event on FI-PPP Phase 3 Calls in Poland, Oct 23

Dear colleagues,

We have a new request for a FIWARE technical speaker. In this case the goal is informing SME and start-ups in Poland about FIWARE GE, providing a complete technical overview of what FIWARE can offer to them. The overall context is an Infoday organized by the National Contact Point where there will be other speakers of the FI PPP, mainly accelerators related to Agriculture, Food and Smart Cities (one of our major targets).

Where: Poland (Warsaw or Poznan, TBD)
When: October 23

Let me remind you about our agenda at this moment (besides the Polish event):

·         5th September: SPEED UP Accelerator event, Hamburg --> Juanjo

·         5th September:  SOUL-FI accelerator event, Porto --> Thomas, Sergio

·         23th September, IMPACT Hackathon, Madrid --> PENDING SPEAKER! --> send your reply by next Monday

Other events:

·         15th September, National SME event in France --> Thierry (we encourage participation of everyone in events in your countries, but European ones have to be shared between all partners anyway)

·         17-18th September, ECFI, Munich --> some of us will have presence here and there besides the demos (Stefano, Juanjo, Nuria, Carlos)

·         26th September, FI-PPP - An innovation ecosystem in the making, Brussels --> Nuria

·         10th October, FIWARE Accelerator Programme session at ICT Proposers Day, Florence --> Nuria

·         7th November, Community Building Day for the LEIT ICT WP2014-15 ICT 30 2015, Brussels --> Nuria

Please, if you are aware of other relevant events, let me know. I will start compiling everything in a excel file that I will share with everyone. I am still discussing with Ogilvy the best way to organize all these communication aspects.

And then, do not forget to share your availability for September 23 (Madrid) and October 23 (Poland). WPL should also inform their teams (I let you choose the most convenient way of making them aware) and you will be responsible of declaring the availability of a speaker from the WP.
