[Fiware-wpa] Summary of FIWARE review preparation call

Hi,

I'll try to be brief.

  *   Agreed on an agenda and assignments
  *   Wed morning we will do part of the rehearsal. We will see if Friday morning is an option as well.
  *   Monday morning we expect you at 9. THIS IS SERIOUS, we have very little time. We need to travel on Sunday, not Monday morning.

EACH one must prepare his/her own presentations

APs for Miguel:

  *   Send templates
  *   Rearrange agenda with changes agreed in the call
  *   Send email with summary of call
  *   Extend doodle poll, resend and call Stefano/Thierry
  *   Collect details of attendees (for Telefónica and for the EC)
  *   Create google doc for lessons learned, Recommendations to stakeholders  and outlook
