Dear colleagues

As I'm also involved in Instant Mobility, I have to attend the General Assembly of this project the 15th and 16th September in Brussels!

So I propose to have the main working session for WP5 IoT Wednesday 14th (full day) with cross-WP meetings in the afternoon. I'm sure we need these cross WP meetings at least with DCM & Security. Some other cross WP meetings could be managed by NSN (IoT WPA) especially with I2N.

Do you think it is possible for your WPs to have the same day for working sessions?

Another point I want to share with you is the 1st FI-Ware review. We have exchanged with Arian about the reviewers but we have no more news. There are some issues in October (typically the FI Week in Poznan) so it would be difficult to have the review before November. Based on previous presentation of FI-Ware architecture done by Juanjo during the July Architecture Board (5 hours), we should have a 2 days review which would required 1,5 day rehearsal. I just know the review slot for Instant mobility (November 9th & 10th) and do not have any information for the other projects where Orange is involved but November should be the month for reviews.

Best regards

Thierry

Dear WP leaders,

As you know, we have asked for confirmation of attendance to our plenary meeting in Turin.

I believe you should also verify that all the key partners in your chapters you believe should attend do so.

Please inform us promptly about any significant absence to the plenary so that we can take any action.

  Best regards,

-- Juanjo

Hi all,

Dates for our next plenary meeting in Turin are approaching (starting at 14:00 CET on September 13 and closing on September 16, 15:00 CET).

We need that you send Jose Jimenez and me as well as to Pier Garino <pierangelo.garino at telecomitalia.it> <mailto:pierangelo.garino at telecomitalia.it> (for logistic reasons) the names of who will attend. Please try to do so filling the enclosed spreadsheet. The Passport Id or Identification Number is required in order to manage approval of access to TI facilities well in advance.

Those who already had sent their confirmation to Pier, please send it again because this will make us easier to have a global spreadsheet with data of all attendees. Apologizes for the inconveniences this may cause.

I remind all of you that this plenary meeting is going to be rather important. Chapter (Architecture WP) teams should make relevant progress regarding selection of assets to be considered as reference implementation of FI-WARE GEs, discussion about how they can be integrated as well as development of the corresponding Backlogs. I would say that attendance of WPLs, WPAs and people of the development teams linked to any contributed asset in your companies is a must.

Please try to provide this info before Wednesday August 31 EOB.

  Best regards,

-- Juanjo
