[Fiware-wpl] Clarification on Question Marks section

Dear all,

In response to comments from some of the WPLs, I just want to comment
that the "Question Marks" sections is not about describing the
dependencies with other WPs. It's about declaring points that are
still under discussion and therefore subject to change or refine.

Of course, it may happen that some of those topics still under
discussion may happen to be in relationship with areas of
interdependencies with other WPs. You indeed may use "check for
interdependencies with other WPs" as an "heuristic" to find out some
topics you want to claim that are still under discussion or, simply, yet
not addressed. But the section should not be targeted to describe
interdependencies with other WPs. Besides, please check the
style/extension of Security-related topics that I provided as an example
in the Data-Context Management chapter. We shouldn't go for a long
description or elaboration of topics, just a formulation of them.

   Best regards,

-- Juanjo
