[Fiware-wpl] Mailing lists for WPLs

Hi all,

  We have just created a list for all WPLs in FI-WARE.

  Currently, this list includes the following people.   Please let me know if you want somebody else to be registered as "deputy" WPL.   Note that the deputy should not necessarily be the same as the Working Package Architect (WPA).   That indeed is a different role for which a separate mailing list will be created.
