[Fiware-wpl] Second release of the FI-WARE Product Vision

Hi,

   We have been able to install a MediaWiki extension that allows us to
generate .pdf books based on contents of the Wiki.   This will allow us
to close the hot discussion we were having with the EC regarding
formatting of deliverables.   Given the fact that a book for the new
FI-WARE Future Vision release will not be just generated with a single
click, I have managed to agree with our PO that the we will produce such
a book and will send it to reviewers by end of Monday Nov 14th.

   This will give us time to fix any issue we detect during our revision
today regarding description of entries in the Backlog.

   Please book resources to handle any request mostly on Monday because
probably there will short time to react (we will try to minimize the set
of requests though)
