[Fiware-wpl] IMPORTANT: Handling tickets issued by the UC projects

Hi all,

  We have agreed with UC projects on a process to follow to handle the tickets they have issued regarding Theme/Epic/Feature requests they have issued.

  I have developed a short but detailed tutorial elaborating on the workflow we will follow to handle these tickets.   It is now part of the Project Handbook at the following location:

  Soon you will start getting some tickets assigned.    Please proceed as it is explained in the tutorial.   Don't hesitate to ask if you have any doubt.   We will update the tutorial when needed.

  We will try to process as many tickets as possible before the next FI-PPP AB meeting, scheduled for December 15.   Based on the analysis, we should be able to identify topics for the first Open Call.

  I will be off during the next three-four hours but will connect later to answer any question you may have and start assigning the first tickets.   I will also send an email with description of the approach we will follow for deliverable on "Architecture Specifications" due on month 9.
