Dear Arian,

  I would like to report on status of deliverable D2.2.2 FI-WARE High-level Description, planned on 30-09-2011.

  We will suffer a bit of delay on this deliverable (we like to refer as "FI-WARE Product Vision" in full alignment with Agile practices) but hope it will be available along the month of October.   We are working hard on this at the moment.

  The delay was due to a number of reasons:

 *   Internal debates about selection of assets as well as integration of those assets.   We are in front of a huge and difficult project and these debates are complicated.
 *   Need to align with UC project with respect to what information would be valuable for them in a revised version of the FI-WARE Product Vision.
 *   We devoted a considerable amount of time discussing with the UC projects how we could capture their feedback, and most importantly their questions, doubts, etc about the FI-WARE Product Vision that may help us to further evolve it so that it is more comprehensive and useful.   We wanted to not only define a process but accompany it with good tools that could help to structure the process and improve the documentation.   As a result of this debate, we have establish a process and a tracker to provide support to the UC projects and receive their feedback.
 *   Need to translate current contents of the FI-WARE Product Vision to the Wiki.   This has taken more time than expected.
