[Fiware-wpl] People awaiting for approval to join FI-WARE project

  (BTW: Several UC projects have already joined the FI-WARE project in FusionForge, be aware of that)

  Still the following two person are awaiting for approval to join the FI-WARE project.   I'm providing more details about them so you can figure out better the potential relationship with your WPs (probably their email address is helpful) .
