Dear all,

Unfortunately, 2 WPs were not represented, namely IoT and Security. This should not happen again in the future, each WP has to appoint people to represent the WPs when the usual representatives are holidays or not available and add them to the WPL list if necessary.

The minutes are here:

  *   https://docs.google.com/document/d/12FEA380lbmYKEwRPGLHjshqhLqUiWSC8Phuk9BL_kbM/edit#

I would like to stress a few points that need your attention:

  *   3rd party innovation document
     * The contribution from some chapters is not uniform with the rest of the WPs. compare with the example provided by SAP and amend accordingly.
     * This is very serious: this doc explains how we enable actors outside fi-ware to innovate. Some chapters do not provide significant insights in how this capacity will be provided in their WPs.
     * Delivery delayed to Aug, 16. Please respond quickly to any requests that may come from Juanjo .
  * WPLs to monitor and attend tickets from the "FI-WARE General Support" Tracker. If you do not know how to monitor a tracker, let me know in private and I'll help.
  *   Technical roadmap:
     * There is an email from Juanjo with details
     * IoT and I2ND - blocking resubmission - deadline for contributions: 15 Aug
     * Rest of chapters: upload it to the public wiki. Link GEs to "materializing..." as the Apps chapter have already done.
     * Update the Stakeholder field in each backlog entry linked to an Epic or Feature on the wiki
     * Use the right Release IDs, reflected on
        *   http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/Releases_and_Sprints_numbering,_with_mapping_to_calendar_dates

  * White paper documenting "encompassing usage of GEs"
     * Will try to provide guidelines by 20 Aug (TOC + examples) - we wanted to put effort here but it got delayed because of the extra work caused by the of lack of quality in the "3rd party innovation" doc
     * WPL/WPA to be ready to contribute in the 2 last weeks of August. We will possibly ask for just 4 or 5 pages but they will need to have QUALITY

  * Resubmission of the Architecture document & Peer review
     * There is an email from Juanjo
     * The delivery completely decoupled from the technical paper. The edition of the technical paper must not block or interfere with this
  *   Open Specs
     * There is an email from Juanjo, follow his guidelines

Best regards,

Miguel
