[Fiware-wpl] Release 1 documents on docman

Dear all,

I have deposited all the documents associated to Release 1 on the forge.

The public versions are here: FI-WARE project docman -> "FI-WARE deliverables" -> "Release 1 (public documentation)". Note that I removed private parts from some of them (namely, the Testing Report and some parts of the Installation manuals). The user manuals should be intact as they are fully public.

The private versions are exactly the ones delivered to the EC. They are under "Release 1 deliverables" in the private project.

I've done my best but there are a lot of them! Please check them and let me know if you detect anything that should be amended.
