[Fiware-wpl] Standardization

Hi,

  I may be wrong, but there were a couple of comments we make during our IoT chapter session last week that should work to make development of this deliverable easier.

  I haven't seen any email from NEC updating all the chapters on this.   But I may be wrong ...
