[Fiware-wpl] Tutorial: Creation of deliverables with wiki pages

Dear WPLs/WPAs,

Please note that there is a new tutorial to teach everyone to create pdf documents with the wiki.  All public deliverables should use this method as all public deliverables will be worked and deposited on the wiki.

Important: as leaders of your WPs, you have to make sure that all  the editors of the documents are aware of this. Do not forget this, if not they get lost.
