[Fiware-wpl] code deliverables

Dear all,

I've been asked by one of my colleagues whether partners are supposed to 
provide source code of deliverables.
To avoid confusion and legal issues in the future, it is important to 
clarify that per the Consortium agreement, partners are *NOT* obliged to 
provide any proprietary source code.
I am not a lawyer, but my understanding is that exceptions are possible 
(when there is a clear need) -- but might require some legal formalities.

Juanjo/Jose -- please, confirm/clarify.
