[Fiware-wpl] Final date/time joint FI-WARE WPLs/WPAs follow-up confcall

   Based on voting in the doodle and given the fact that people from NSN
confirmed they could participate (which means someone from every of the
architecture chapters could join), we will schedule our joing WPLs/WPAs
follow-up confcall on Thursday starting at 14:00pm.
