We also disagree. The only centralization that would make sense is some kind of a calendar where the agreed cross WP meetings are marked on a first come/first serve basis.

Ok, I do not personally agree but if you want to proceed like this, it's fine as long as the process is completed soon.

We already arranged our travel according to the agenda originally announced. 
Thus we strongly favor an early morning start on Monday.
