Hi all,

   You will find a table with links to all Google Docs documents
prepared to share the minutes of your respective meetings in the
following shared Google Docs Spreadsheet:

   All minutes follow the defined template for FI-WARE meetings.

   We rather encourage you to use this mechanism for building the
minutes.    We all knew how Google Docs works and have found it very
useful in many cases but I have to confess that I hadn't used it for
elaborating minutes in a collaborative manner before and when I tried
... the results were rather spectacular (of course, this requires some
degree of proactiveness by people in your teams :-).

   Note that anyone with whom you share links will be able to edit.   On
the other hand, I would suggest that you save the minutes to a local
version of the document from time to time.
