[Fiware-wpl] IMPORTANT Logistic Info

Hi all,

  A couple of logistic questions:

 * If someone does not use a meeting room must tell Miguel Carrillo (mcp at tid.es<mailto:mcp at tid.es>). If a room is empty for a long time, it gets cancelled and the rest of the people using it later in FIWARE would LOOSE IT ! Do not think you can use them or not, you have to tell Miguel Carrillo.
 * I was wrong when I told you on Monday that the lunch area was open at 12:45pm (sorry about that). It opens at 13:00pm. Therefore, teams should go to the canteen area around 12:50pm at the latest.
 * I remind you that the auditorium can only host 70 people. I guess that a way to deal with it is to suggest that only one person per partner and WP attend (apart from the WPLs/WPAs who should attend anyway). We suggest that WPLs send an email in response to this one, and no later than 12:00pm, informing how many people from their team plan to attend, following this rule.

  Best regards,

-- Juanjo
