[Fiware-wpl] Auditing status of deliverables

Dear all,

In coming days we will undertake a quick auditing of the status of the deliverables. I will start now with the parts that are already reasonable to inspect at this stage (first bullet point and maybe the second, basically) and then will continue going through the others in the course of the week.

I will deal with this sending private messages to the WPLs.

  *   Adding Features in the backlog per GE (public part of the backlog available on the Wiki)
     *   Goals:
        *   Try to get a complete set of features characterizing a given GE
        *   Critical for resubmission of "Technical Roadmap" deliverable.   Also a prerequisite for building a complete Unit Testing Plan
     *   Way to audit:
        *   Check, per GE, inclusion of new Features in the description of backlog entries available on the "Materializing the FI-WARE Vision" part of the wiki (means: checking of History on the wiki) - in this context "new" is added after 1/May or so
        *   (note: this will be the first check, a more careful check will be performed afterwards, during July to confirm that the published Features give a complete vision of all the features supported by a given GE)
  *   Unit Testing Plan (deliverable D.x.5.a "Unit Testing Plan and Report")
     *   Goal: check that corresponding deliverable is ready for submission to the EC
     *   Way to audit:
        *   Previous point (Adding Features) is a prerequisite, therefore deliverable cannot be submitted without that part
        *   Availability of specific section, per GE, on "Materializing the FI-WARE Vision" part of the public wiki following established guidelines
        *   Availability of a Test Report following strictly the instructions provided on the private wiki
  *   Users' and Programmers' Guides (public deliverable D.x.4.a)
     *   Goal: check that corresponding deliverable is ready for submission to the EC
     *   Way to audit:
        *   Availability of item in section titled "Product guides", per GE, on "Materializing the FI-WARE Vision" part of the public wiki, following established guidelines
  *   Installation and Admin Guides (deliverable D.x.3.a)
     *   Goal: check that corresponding deliverable is ready for submission to the EC
     *   Way to audit (software with PP dissemination level)
        *   Availability of item in section titled "Product guides", per GE, on "Materializing the FI-WARE Vision (contents with restricted access)" part of the wiki of the "FI-WARE PPP Restricted" project, following established guidelines.  (note per chapter: structure the contents of your chapter in this wiki following the case example of the Cloud chapter)
     *   Way to audit (software with PU dissemination level)
        *   Availability of item in section titled "Product guides", per GE, on "Materializing the FI-WARE Vision" part of the public wiki, following established guidelines

  *   SW Release (public part of deliverable D.x.2.a "SW Release")
     *   Goal: check that corresponding deliverable is ready for submission to the EC
     *   Way to audit (software with PP dissemination level)
        *   The binaries, properties and packages are on SVN following the naming convention and the structure defined. Also they are tagged  with the release.
     *   Way to audit (software with PU dissemination level)
        *   The binaries, properties and packages are on SVN following the naming convention and the structure defined. Also they are tagged  with the release.
        *   The source code is deposited on the SCM
