[Fiware-wpl] Communication of penalization measures to all partners in FI-WARE

Hi all,

   This is a reminder that one very important AP from our confcall
yesterday was that you will communicate to the partners the measures
that have been approved to manage delays from partners on deliverables
linked to WP3-WP8 that we committed to deliver by end of June and September.

   However, it seems like some WPLs have not yet communicated this.

   We will send an email to the whole general FI-WARE consortia by EOB
today confirming this "As your respective WPL should have already
announced you".
