[Fiware-wpl] Revision of Technical Roadmap deliverable

Dear Juanjo,
I also second option a), in fact in Tools Chapter we also decided to go 
with this approach.
On the other hand, we decided to not describe the Features but stay with 
the User Stories that according to our personal feeling are sufficient 
for Wp9 scope.
