thank you very much for your contribution. It would be very helpful for us, if all of the involved WPL's and WPA's send a mail to Juanjo, Uwe and me that indicates that their contribution is the final contribution.

Because of the missed deadline yesterday, please try to finalize your contribution until today (EOB) and take into account the comments from Juanjo. Otherwise we are not able to finalize the deliverable and might get in additional trouble with the EU.
If you have any questions, please let us (Juanjo, Use and me) know.

Hi all,

  I have fulfilled all my assignments but the final section on Conclusions but I believe it is better to wait for that one until the rest of the document is finished.   My contributions on section 1 and 2 are there for SAP to review.

  I have also provided comments in the rest of sections.   I agree with Uwe in that not all the contributions are in a good shape as to carry out a final review.   In some cases will not only be a matter of bringing valuable content but present it in coherent way, i.e., more aligned with the reference example provided by SAP.     I expect SAP will continue pushing for consolidation of this section 3 of the document giving more detailed instructions, if necessary, about how to achieve this alignment.

Dear Juanjo and Colleagues,

Last Friday I sent you some feedback regarding the last review of your contributions to Deliverable D.2.5 about Third Party Innovation.  Due to a technical problem since I was not in my office, I was not able to send my comments directly to you on Friday.

In order to ensure that Telefonica (as coordinator) can deliver this deliverables accordingly the new timeline "in time", I want to mention, that there are some open issues that should be handled within until today (EOB).

Chapter 1 --> Task for Telefonica: Completion and finalization of the SAP contribution
Chapter 2 --> Task for Telefonica: First Draft of the chapter content, review by SAP
Chapter 3 -->Task for all WPL/WPA's and their contributing partners: Follow the instructions of Telefonica (Juanjo) to ensure that your contribution is a final. Actually some of the contributions are not in satisfactory state to start the review process. The first (final) version of the requested WP-subchapters should be provided by you!
Chapter 4 --> Task for Telefonica: Please provide a first draft of the conclusion that could be adjusted - if it is required - within the final reviews

Please take into account the very close timeline:

Timeline:
9. July - introduction provided to partners/chapters
9. July - 20. July contributions by partners/chapters
30. July - final version ready for review
Review:
2. August - Peer reviewer 1
5. August - Review by Deliverable Lead
10. August - Release to commission

I would suggest that Telefonica assigns the reviewers within the document to avoid any lack of clarity reagrding the responsibilities.

Currently I am on vacations but I hope that my support has helped our colleagues from Telefonica to reach the planned timeline.

If you have any questions about the focus of your contributions or the "over-all" strategy behind the deliverable, please ask these questions directly to Juanjo as the coordinator.

Since some of you are not able to provide the required revision in the proposed timeframe I'd suggest a new timeline for the revision of the document as proposed in the WPL/WPA call, which reads as follows:

* 30. July - final version ready for review

For the review:
* 2. August - Peer reviewer 1
* 5. August - Review by Deliverable Lead
* 10. August - Release to commission

I have kept the timeline exigent since many contributions are already in a good shape.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Next week I will not be in the office and Axel Fasse will take over the coordination for that period of time.
