[Fiware-wpl] Draft version of FI-WARE's Yearly Report

Dear all,

Please find enclosed a draft version of the report we intend to send to the EC. Please note that this is still an ongoing work and that some parts (particularly WP2) are still undergoing changes. We will also may do some work to fine tune the wording and also to make the contributions more homogeneous.
