Dear Matteo,

As for your comment about the industrial partners, I discussed it in private with Juanjo a moment ago. When I read it I thought it was most sensible but Juanjo reminded me that the thing is that the PO instructed us to bring the WPLs or just the "core" partners ... avoiding too many people.

So although your advice looks most reasonable there's a reason to keep the numbers down. If I was the PO I would think exactly as you said, actually.

quick review of the doc with some comments. A general comment is that in some of the Wp descriptions it is not clear which partners worked in which tasks.

In addition to this, I strongly believe that at least a representative of each Industrial partner should be present at the review for the following reasons:
to motivate their commitment and exploitation,
to justify their effort and costs.

I personally think that none of us can and should do this on their behalf as this means lack of commitment and credibility from their side. It could results a bit weird if ATOS justified or explained the exploitation, for instance, of NSN or EAB.
