Dear all,

As you are aware, the open call evaluation finalised in early June. We
were expecting the feedback from the PO in order to ensure a proper
management of the process.  Last week we had the chance to talk face to
face with him and now we have the confirmation that we can go ahead.

We have all the evaluations performed by the independent reviewers
chosen by the project and accepted by the EC. I enclose a summary of the
scores plus the winning proposals (those who scored the highest mark).
If you need further info feel free to contact me.

In accordance with the Open Call process, we will communicate the result
of the call to all proposers together with the respective ESR. The
prospective winners are:

     Middleware topic: KIARA. Partners (4 partners):
         Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (SWITZERLAND)
         Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz GmbH
(GERMANY)
         Universität des Saarlandes, Center for IT Security, Privacy and
Accountability (GERMANY)
         Proyectos y Sistemas de Mantenimiento SL (SPAIN)

     BM&BE topic: BEMES. Partners (just 1):
         Interdisciplinary Institute for Broadband Technology (BELGIUM)

The PO will be informed of this shortly and we will request his approval
to take the next steps.

If any partner has an objection to the new partners they will have to
express it before the end of Thursday, when we will send then the
official and final communication to the proposers.

The WPL/WPA go in CC but please do not resend it to your respective WPs,
his is info should be managed at this level (representatives of project
participants + WPL/WPAs)

As you can imagine, this information is very sensitive and cannot be
circulated outside the consortium.
