[Fiware-wpl] Status of deliverables

Dear all,

As we have the delivery of the commitments of M12 (delayed to M14) for the end of the week, we need an update of the situation. The idea is to get a private  message to Juanjo and myself with this info from each WPL (from WP3 to WP8):

  *   Status of SW Release  (binaries, code)
  *   Status of Installation and Administration Guide
  *   User and Programmers Guide
  *   Unit Testing Plan and Report

The delay to M14 was unilateral (coming from FI-WARE and not accepted by the PO) so we have to be extremely cautious.
