[Fiware-wpl] Effort in reporting

According with Miguel words, please find enclosed a detail of the effort I have received from each partner. (except THALES who didn't send anything after M12)

For each WP, I have included the following figures:

1.- Declared effort from M1 to M12 (First period).
2.- Received effort from M13 to M17 (third semester excluding M18, pending to be received).
3.- Received effort so far today (except M18) (whole life all the project -> M1 - M17).

Effort from M1 to M12 is on NEF already. It's frozen.
Effort from M13 to M17 is still in draft version. If any partner needs/wants to update its effort, it's a golden opportunity to update them with my current request about effort at M18.
In order to avoid rejected effort from Commission, I suggest declare effort according with the achieved goals and the carried out work. Each WPL has to evaluate the achievements and deviations and also assess if they are reasonable.

Dear WPLs,

Javier is circulating the draft reports asking you to fill in the details. I do not know to what extent this is clear but just in case:

  *   The numbers we sent you are  for M12-M17 (we are asking for the period M12-M18 now. But we do not have it yet)
  *   Apart from adding the text to the report, we expect that you will complain if any of the numbers are not reasonable/justifiable and we would contact the partner to explain why they reported so much (or so little). If the deviations are reasonable, you just explain why after the figure (effort bar chart) and you do not need to contact us.
