[Fiware-wpl] URGENT: Final review of report on FI-WARE Project Review checkpoints

Hi all,

  I couldn't finalize the document where we will report on FI-WARE Project Review checkpoints yesterday so I haven't sent it to EC and reviewers yet.     I rather arrived exhausted because of my trip back from Germany so I couldn't finish it yesterday despite I made good progress integrating the several inputs/comments that many of you provided to me (thanks again to those who have helped).

  Please find it attached what would be the first completed version with all the comments/inputs received so far.

  The plan we will follow is:

  1.  We will incorporate this stuff in the overall Management Report.
  2.  As you know, a draft of the Management Report has been distributed to you (as well as rest of FI-WARE partners) by Miguel Carrillo, setting up a deadline for comments by EOB today (let's say 18:00).
  3.  Then:
     *   If the amount of comments received by that time (18:00) are enough easy to handle as to generate a final version that we may submit to the EC and reviewers in a reasonable time (let's say 20:00), we will incorporate them and submit the whole Management Report this evening (we would highlight the section about management of checkpoints  in the body of the message to be sent to the EC)
     *   if the amount of comments requires a significant integration effort, we will send the report on the checkpoint first this evening, announcing that it is an advance of the final Management Report deliverable that will be sent tomorrow.

  Hope you agree with this.
