[Fiware-wpl] Placeholders for .docx versions of the FI-WARE GE Open Specifications in the docman system

Hi all,

  I have created a folder in the docman system of the "FI-WARE" FusionForge project in case you wish to use it to upload the .docx versions of the FI-WARE GE Open Specifications.

  The folder is public (since specifications are public, I believe there is no need to mark them as private) and it is named as "D.3-8.1 FI-WARE Open Specifications".  It is located under the "FI-WARE Deliverables" public folder.     A number of subfolder, one per chapter has been created within this folder.

  Here it is a capture of the screen that illustrate the document structure:
