Dear Manuel,

I did perform a quick check you proposal through slideset provided and I must say it sounds good. So I would suggest to go for a quick presentation from your side regarding this proposal at next WPL/WPA and to discuss questions it can raise. For me it is something that would have been worth to have right from the start but now coming on Y2 we should consider to make it apply for the last year of the project (meaning I see no point trying to look at the past) after a brief period of adaptation (...).

I'd like to share this proposal for improving the backlog with you.
Some aspects comes from your emails and phone calls held with you last month. I've already added some items.
Some steps are already undertaken, as the simplification of the wiki view.  Some others I'm already working on.

I wonder whether you would require a presentation/discussion where the proposal could be explained/clarified/enriched, meanwhile you can also send additional comments.
