Hi Miguel and colleauges,

Thanks for the initial version of the TOC of this upcoming deliverable.



As for WP3 we have to report that the major part of our academic partners are currently swamped with high priority work on the live demonstrator to be ready by the next review. We are WP3 internally trying to find another solution, but for the proposed time line we can already anticipate that this is going to be a problem, unless we shift resources and priorities away from the live demonstrator (what we wouldn’t propose).



Can the situation be further assesst and the timeline be potentially shifted?

Dear all,

I assume that each WPL has discussed with his team the breakdown of their own part of the doc and they have started the editing. If not, please activate this quickly.

We have collected all the DoWs from the new Use Cases except from FITMAN, who are not willing to provide it until the PPP CA is signed by them. The info in their "State of the art" sections may give ideas. There are located on the FI-WARE private project




Just in case, I remind you that if someone in your teams has no access to the private project, it is the WPL/WPA who has to grant access there. You all are admins here if I am right.

   As you are aware, we agreed in the last WPL/WPA call to create a skeleton based on the State of the Art in the DoW. I am sending you this skeleton that you can start filling in now. This needs to be heavily edited by each WP. The one who drives the process is the WPL and the WPA.  The main actor here should be the academia, as expressed in the DoW. I encourage the WPL/WPA to primarily rely on them for this work.

   Note that we do not want a section per GE, try to group in sections like the ones we have now, not GE per GE.

   This will be  edited directly on the Word document as the result will not go to the wiki. Each WP will deliver their section by the 7th of May.

   I remind you the schedule (the one on the minutes of meeting)




   ·         April, 23 - Skeleton ready

   ·         May, 7 - Contributions from chapters to be sent by email (consolidated in a single doc per WP)

   ·         May, 10 - Peer Review ready (academia partners)

   ·         May, 17 - Feedback incorporated

   *    May, 20 - Delivery


   I will consolidate all the inputs and will put a brief text in the introductory sections.
